One aspect of the curriculum renewal (‘fagfornyelsen’) concerns the development of database instruments and applications. Instruments such as these are devices developed to produce certain effects, and are part of governing structures in that they organize relationships between the state, local authorities and professionals in schools. We welcome applications that focus on, for example, policy instrumentations, emerging knowledge infrastructures, what characterizes the networks of actors involved in the development and maintenance of digital tools, or how curriculum knowledge is constructed, enacted and legitimized in educational practices.
